Dylan Llewelyn embarks on an emotional journey looking back at the Hillsborough disaster in Sheffield where 96 Liverpool fans died at a football match on April 15 1989.  He meets families who lost loved ones and many who witnessed the tragedy including Ian Rush and John Barnes.  Dylan also meets some of the Welsh Liverpool supporters who speak openly for the first time about their traumatic experiences
