To coincide with Holocaust Memorial Day, this special programme follows Nona Gruffudd-Evans, her father Heini Gruffudd and daughters Gwenllian and Greta on their emotional journey from Wales to Germany to learn more about the family’s agonizing suffering there during World War II. In Berlin and the small town of Lutherstadt Wittenberg in north-east Germany, they will meet family and friends before embarking on a distressing journey to Ravensbrück Concentration Camp where Heini’s grandmother – Käthe Bosse – was murdered 65 years ago.
